Dr. Bradley’s breast enhancement procedures will help you highlight your body’s natural curves. He can help you achieve symmetrical, natural looking breasts with minimal downtime. In selecting the proper implant and surgical technique, it is important to have skilled guidance. Implants (silicone or saline) will be placed either behind the breast tissue or underneath the pectoralis muscle. If the breasts have significant sagging then a lift may be required at the same time.
Breast Augmentation Objectives:
- Achieve larger, more full breasts that have symmetry;
- Restore youthful, full breasts after changes from pregnancy and breast feeding.
1) What size implant should I get?
During your consultation, Dr. Bradley will work with you to determine the best size and shape implant. Factors to consider when selecting a proper size include: lifestyle considerations (like exercise activities) and the amount of skin laxity present.
2) How long do breast implants last?
Implants do not need to be removed or changed unless there is a problem. With the new generation of implants, rupture and capsular contracture (scarring) are more rare. As patients get older the breasts may change or sag and patients may then desire a revision.
3) How soon can I go back to work and my daily routine?
Although you can go back to work after a week, strenuous activity that can increase your blood pressure should be avoided for 2 weeks.
